Led by the hotel’s expert mixologist, the session starts with a tasting of Tanqueray Gin and Ketel One Vodka before getting into the finer points of the perfect martini, from temperature and balance to the final serve. You’ll then mix your own signature cocktail, accompanied by three canapes.
